Financial Controller

This hands-on leadership role involves running day-to-day finance operations, managing a team of five, and supporting the Finance Director in overhauling financial processes. The position focuses on improving month-end efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing management information through active team leadership and commercial finance analysis.
