About this role
Hitachi Energy’s Türkiye Trainee Program is an 8-month rotational program across multiple factories and functions within the Transformers Business Unit. Based in Dilovası (Kocaeli), the role places you in the Insulation Components Factory’s Finance team to gain hands-on experience, mentoring, and structured training before transitioning into a permanent departmental position.
