This role provides confidential, professional, and empathetic support to Aspire Financial Counseling members, focusing on personalized financial coaching to help them achieve their financial goals and manage debt effectively. The Financial Counselor conducts comprehensive financial assessments, develops tailored strategies such as debt management plans, and negotiates with creditors to arrange favorable terms. The position also involves educating members on financial products, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
