Financial Counselor

The Financial Counselor assists patients and prospective patients in verifying coverage and navigating insurance programs, including Medi-Cal and local health plans, to ensure proper billing for medical, dental, and behavioral health services. This role involves educating patients on eligibility requirements, assisting with applications and renewals, and collaborating closely with the Eligibility Team and Resource Center. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Dari/Farsi, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accurate records.
