Financial Counselor

The Financial Counselor supports the Executive Director in a fast-paced environment by managing insurance verification and ensuring accurate demographic and financial information for new admissions and patient visits. The role involves coordinating with international payers and financial institutions to secure coverage for international patients while serving as overflow coverage for Patient Access Representatives. This position plays a key role in optimizing reimbursement and maintaining compliance with hospital contractual guidelines.
