Financial Counselor

The Financial Counselor works within the Family Fertility Center to manage insurance verification and ensure accurate demographic and financial information for new admissions and patient visits. This role involves coordinating with international payers and financial institutions to secure coverage for international patients while serving as overflow support for Patient Access Representatives. The position requires maintaining compliance with hospital guidelines and effectively communicating with care teams to facilitate timely authorization and billing processes.
