Financial Crime Risk (“FCR”) Director, First Line of Defence

The Financial Crime Risk Director for PayPal UK is a senior entity-level leader responsible for embedding financial crime risk management within the UK first line of defence and ensuring compliance with applicable UK legal, regulatory, and internal policy obligations. The role partners closely with the UK MLRO, Global Financial Crime organization, and cross-functional stakeholders to support PayPal’s regulated UK business and customer protection. This position supports PayPal’s mission to enable secure, compliant payments across its platform.
