Financial Evaluator

The Financial Evaluator plays a key role in helping the Superior Court of Los Angeles County determine an individual's ability to pay or reimburse Court-assessed costs, including attorney fees, program fees, victim restitution, and criminal fines. This position involves conducting interviews, gathering and analyzing financial information, and providing findings to the Court. The role also includes assisting with collection efforts, monitoring delinquent accounts, and responding to inquiries from defendants, attorneys, Court staff, and the public.
