Financial Leadership & Strategy

This role partners with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational objectives, including financial analysis, modeling, and long-term sustainability planning. The position oversees financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, accounts payable, and payroll functions to ensure compliance and accurate reporting. It involves leading departmental teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and presenting financial results to the Board of Trustees.
