Financial Management

The Financial Management role leads the institution's financial strategy, ensuring sustainability, liquidity, profitability, and value generation through planning, administration, control, and optimization of resources. The position directs financial, accounting, and management processes to provide reliable and timely information for decision-making, advising senior management and the Board of Directors on financial matters, investments, costs, and risks. It also strengthens relationships with EPS, insurers, and financial entities to facilitate payment management, negotiations, and financing access.
