Financial Navigator

This role serves as the primary patient advocate for financial navigation and counseling within an oncology practice, focusing on reviewing insurance coverage and establishing financial responsibility estimates. The position coordinates prior authorizations and benefit verification to ensure seamless access to cancer treatment while assisting patients with understanding their benefits and available financial assistance programs. The Financial Navigator partners with clinical teams and external organizations to remove financial barriers to care and optimize patient collections.
