About this role

The Manager of FP&A will drive financial visibility, discipline, and strategic decision-making across CHAOS Industries, partnering with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations. The role owns forecasting models and the company financial model, supports planning and performance measurement, and helps select and implement FP&A tools. This is a hands-on, high-impact position in a fast-growing tech manufacturing environment, based onsite in Los Angeles with responsibility for mentoring future FP&A team members.
