Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager at Releaf owns financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across the group, serving as the first dedicated FP&A role in the company. This position involves developing driver-based planning models, preparing budgets and rolling forecasts, and producing monthly Board packs while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The role requires close collaboration with the CFO, Board, and Finance & Commercial Director to drive commercial decisions and scale the finance function.
