The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Global will lead budgeting, forecasting, business performance management, and executive reporting for Vantage Data Centers. This role partners with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into financial plans while managing global financial data systems. The incumbent analyzes variances, identifies risks, and provides clear financial insights to drive decision-making within the rapidly growing data center business.

Responsibilities

Lead global annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into financial plans
Own monthly variance analysis across budget, forecast, and actuals
Build scalable reporting processes and analytical tools for global consolidation
Prepare executive-ready financial materials and dashboards for senior leadership

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or AccountingMBA preferredCFA preferred3-5 years of FP&A experience
