Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This position supports the financial operations of Charis Bible College by providing financial and operational advice to senior leadership while maintaining relationships with the CFO and Controller. The role involves performing moderately complex financial planning, operational, and accounting work, including preparing forecasts, analyzing financial statements, and supervising accounting personnel. The incumbent will also set up and maintain financial controls and records in coordination with the Controller's department.
