Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager plays a key role in helping Starlight deliver on its mission through strong financial planning, reporting, and commercial insight. The role involves leading budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering Board and Executive reporting, and partnering with leaders across the organisation to drive performance and informed decision-making. Additionally, the position acts as the internal Workday Adaptive Planning expert to optimise planning, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
