Financial Reporting Manager

The Financial Reporting Manager at Ayvens Insurance will manage all aspects of technical accounting and regulatory reporting for the company and its investments, reporting to the Head of Finance Operations. The role involves leading the preparation and delivery of financial reports, partnering with stakeholders on budgeting and forecasting, overseeing audit coordination, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes. Additionally, the manager will lead, develop, and support a team of finance professionals while ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Ireland standards and regulations.
