Financial Reporting Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, annual statutory accounts, and board governance activities within a strategic innovation and digital hub. The position involves liaising with service providers, auditors, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial control, cash management, and compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards. It also requires supporting transactions, corporate finance initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
