Financial Services Manager

This role manages and coordinates designated staff and all or parts of assigned functions of the City’s accounting, budgeting, cash management, debt management, financial management, licensing, payroll, and procurement. The position oversees the preparation of financial statements, manages the city budget, and ensures compliance with legal concepts and accounting standards. It involves providing complex staff assistance to the Financial Services Director and fostering a cooperative working environment.
