Financial Services Operations Analyst

The Financial Services Operations Analyst at Wave is responsible for the day-to-day execution and change delivery of assigned product lines, including Refund Transfer, Emerald Card & Spruce, Lending, or Wave. This role involves partnering with Product Directors, Operations leaders, and Technology teams to implement new products, enhancements, and operational changes while ensuring operational readiness across systems, processes, and documentation. The position requires leading operational testing, maintaining product-specific procedures, and identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiencies. The analyst also serves as a subject matter expert for product operations, supporting issue resolution, root cause analysis, and providing updates to leadership on readiness status and risks.
