Financial Services Specialist

The Financial Services Specialist provides superior member experience by delivering personalized service and making product recommendations based on a thorough review of each member's financial position. The role involves responding to member requests, solving problems to find optimal solutions, and mitigating risk to both the member and the Credit Union. This position requires an onsite presence at the Central Park Branch in Okemos, Michigan, with a standard 40-hour work week including rotating Saturdays.
