Finished Product Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor

The Finished Product Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor leads daily QC operations in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment, overseeing staff, resources, and analytical testing to ensure compliance with cGMP and FDA standards. This role is responsible for maintaining inspection readiness, managing deviations and CAPAs, and supporting method validation and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong technical expertise in laboratory equipment and regulatory documentation, along with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to support product release and investigations.
