Finisher

This position is responsible for the overall finishing operation of furniture, including repair, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding, and distressing. The role focuses on maintaining high-end quality standards by addressing major finishing defects and ensuring all facets of the wood finishing process are executed proficiently. The employee must also manage inventory and material ordering while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
