About this role

As a FinOps Lead, you will establish and operate FinOps practices to drive cloud financial accountability, cost transparency, and value realization across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Reporting to the Manager of DevOps & Cloud, you will define cost allocation models, lead optimization initiatives, and partner with IT and Finance teams to translate cloud costs into business metrics. The role involves implementing policy-as-code, building reporting dashboards, and fostering a culture of cost-efficient architecture.

Responsibilities

Establish and evolve FinOps framework aligned to foundation principles
Define cost allocation models, tagging standards, and ownership structures
Lead cost optimization initiatives to ensure measurable savings
Manage forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for cloud spend
Build dashboards and reporting for engineering and executive teams
