Fire Alarm Commissioning/Low Voltage Technician

Merit Electric is seeking a Fire Alarm Commissioning/Low Voltage Technician to perform installations, terminations, programming, and testing of fire alarm, voice/data, door access, and PA systems for large retirement community projects nationwide. The role involves installing and maintaining various low voltage systems, troubleshooting hardware and software, and ensuring compliance with NFPA and local codes. The technician will also serve as a technical advisor, coordinate with fire marshals, and oversee team members to ensure proper work completion.
