Fire Safety Specialist

A Fire Safety Specialist ensures comprehensive fire safety processes and procedures for all communities within a multi-residential portfolio by collaborating with property management, contractors, and municipal Fire Prevention Officers. The role involves developing and maintaining fire safety plans, conducting inspections and drills, and ensuring full compliance with provincial fire codes in Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia. This position requires leading training programs and acting as a member of the acquisition team to evaluate safety equipment for new building purchases. The role operates as a mandatory full-time, in-office position requiring travel to multiple locations for site visits and meetings.
