Fire Safety Specialist

The Fire Safety Specialist serves as the primary fire safety expert for Vaillant Group's Slovakian operations, advising plant management and local fire safety officers on strategic and operational fire safety matters. The role involves collaborating with the Fire Safety Team at Vaillant Group Headquarters in Germany to implement and continuously develop Group-wide fire safety standards, best practices, and strategic initiatives. The position also includes driving the implementation and continuous improvement of the Fire Safety Management System across Slovakian locations, providing functional leadership and technical guidance to local fire safety officers and service providers for fire protection systems, and serving as the fire safety expert for construction and facility projects. The role supports audits and certification activities, including inspections by property insurers, LRQA, and other external organizations, and coordinates the implementation of resulting improvement measures. The specialist occasionally provides fire safety support to other Vaillant Group locations across Europe and China, including insurer audits, fire risk assessments, fire protection projects, and group-wide fire safety initiatives.
