About this role
A 6-month Fire Specialist/Land Manager position based in Wells, Maine supporting The Nature Conservancy’s prescribed fire program and land stewardship across southern/western Maine. The role works with partner organizations, volunteers, and seasonal crews to advance ecological fire management and build local fire program capacity. The position is field-based with travel to partner sites and occasional remote camping as needed.
