Fire Training Officer

Under the general supervision of the Deputy Chief, this role plans, coordinates, and delivers comprehensive training activities across Fire, EMS, Haz-Mat, ARFF, and Rescue disciplines. The position involves developing training programs, maintaining certification records, and instructing recruit academies while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The incumbent also assists with budget preparation, equipment specifications, and acts as a department leader during the absence of the Fire Chief or Deputy Chief.
