Firefighter Paramedic

This position provides emergency and non-emergency Advanced Life Support (ALS) medical services to the sick and injured outside of a hospital setting under the direction of the County Medical Director. The role also involves performing fire suppression activities, executing training drills, and maintaining fire equipment and apparatus. The Firefighter Paramedic works under the direction of the Captain and adheres to a shift schedule as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
