Firm Compliance Partner

As a Firm Compliance Partner within Quilter Financial Planning, you will provide regulatory oversight for a varied portfolio of appointed representative firms, primarily through remote supervision. The role involves taking end-to-end ownership of firms, building effective relationships with principals, and conducting attestation reviews and governance assessments to ensure compliance and improve customer outcomes. You will also support the pre-vetting of new firms and escalate material concerns as needed.
