First Aid Coordinator

The First Aid Coordinator assists with and reports to the Conference Center all health needs of RWC campers and staff in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon's mission, vision and values. The role involves guiding and directing First Aid Technicians, coordinating healthcare center operations, and ensuring compliance with health policies and procedures. This position requires facilitating medication handling, documenting clinical encounters, and participating in health screenings for campers and staff.
