First Cook (Winter)

The First Cook at Panorama supervises an individual kitchen station and provides leadership to line cooks to ensure the highest quality food preparation. This role requires versatility across various cooking stations, from hot cooking to broiling, while maintaining strict health and safety standards. Additionally, the position involves assisting in menu planning, inventory management, and building strong teams within the resort's kitchen environment.
