About this role
The First Line Manager at Alliance Automotive Group supervises Supervisors and acts as the operational link between the Operations Manager and warehouse teams within the automotive parts distribution network. The role supports translating strategic goals into operational plans and contributes to maintaining service standards and operational excellence. This position covers the late shift (Monday–Friday 14:30–23:00) for the Extoec team.
