First Nations Lead

The First Nations Lead will shape the national First Nations peer workforce by developing and implementing AAPW’s First Nations Peer Workforce Strategy. Working in partnership with Indigenous lived‑experience organisations, peak bodies and employers, the role co‑designs culturally grounded workforce standards, training and support services, and provides strategic cultural advice across the organisation.
