First Nations Personal Carer Traineeship

BlueCare is offering a fully funded traineeship for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander individuals to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) while earning an income. The role involves providing care to clients in a residential home, supporting their independence and quality of life through daily living assistance and community activities. This part-time position requires flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts and is based at Shallom Elders Village in Condon, Townsville.
