First Nations Recovery Worker

The First Nations Recovery Worker at Wellways supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples experiencing mental health challenges through culturally safe, recovery-focused practice within the community. This role involves building meaningful connections with families, local services, and Country to empower participants to achieve their independence and recovery goals. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the worker provides person-led psychosocial support for adults living with severe mental health challenges.
