First-Year Experience Coordinator

SAIT’s Student Services department is seeking a First-Year Experience Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and continuous enhancement of student transition, onboarding, and engagement initiatives across multiple intakes and campuses. This dynamic, student-focused role combines program management, partner collaboration, and event delivery to create meaningful opportunities for connection, belonging, and success. The position reports to the Team Lead, First Year Experience and works with a high degree of autonomy to drive continuous improvements that support student engagement, transition, and persistence.
