Fiscal Administrator

This position assists with managing financial services activities, including budgeting, accounting, accounts receivable and payable, property inventory, fee collection, reimbursement, and financial reporting. The role involves supervising staff, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and converting the approved city budget into a performance contract for the State Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services. The incumbent may also serve as a liaison to the Board's Administration/Finance Committee and chair the Fee Collection/Reimbursement committee in the absence of the Fiscal Administrator.
