Fiscal Specialist II

This role is responsible for fiscal management duties within the Department of Planning and Construction, including staff allocation, position control, budget preparation, and capital and operating account management. The position involves analyzing and preparing financial documents, reconciling accounts, and providing revenue and expense forecasting. Additionally, the role directs the work of the fiscal team and coordinates procurement transactions and vendor contracts.
