Fishers YMCA Group X - Program Coordinator I

The Program Coordinator supports the administration, organization, and delivery of assigned YMCA program areas, such as Sports, Wellness Programs, Group Exercise, Personal Training, or other assigned programs. This role helps ensure programs are safe, well-organized, welcoming, and aligned with Center and Association goals. The Program Coordinator assists with program scheduling, participant communication, staff support, enrollment, retention, equipment care, facility readiness, and basic program administration.
