Fitness Coordinator

The Fitness Coordinator oversees the vision, development, and daily operations of all fitness programming across three ALTA locations, including group fitness and personal training. This role ensures safe, inclusive, and high-quality classes that align with the climbing gym's mission while fostering a supportive community for members of all levels. The position involves staff leadership, program development, and collaboration with management to drive revenue and enhance member experience.
