Fitness Director

The Fitness Director provides leadership and strategic oversight for all fitness-related programs and services within the Family Center, including fitness floor operations, personal training, and group exercise. This role is responsible for creating exceptional member experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving participation and revenue growth while ensuring safe and engaging wellness environments. The position leads the development of innovative wellness programs that support member retention and the organization's mission through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
