Fitness Professional

The Fitness Professional leads and delivers high-quality fitness experiences for members at the Richmond Country Club, reporting to the Director of Racquets. This role involves developing and delivering individual and group fitness programs while managing the day-to-day operations and presentation of the gym, studio, and stretch space. The position focuses on building strong member relationships, creating an inclusive environment, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
