Fitter Welder (Evening Shift)

The Fitter Welder is an individual contributor who fits and welds steel, metal, and aluminum components to fabricate or repair products according to layouts, blueprints, and work orders. The role supports production of pole assemblies, communication towers, and overhead sign structures, working on the 2nd shift to meet quality and delivery targets. This position requires maintaining safety and production standards while performing setup, maintenance, and inspections of welding equipment.
