About this role

The Fitting Specialist delivers exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers find equipment that maximizes their performance. As a trusted brand ambassador, the role involves leveraging industry-leading fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations and build lasting relationships with golfers. This part-time position supports approximately 120-125 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday, and plays a key part in shaping the performance and loyalty of golfers across the St. Louis, MO region.
