Fix Term Mine Overseer Production

The Mine Overseer holds legal accountability under the Mine Health and Safety Act and is responsible for ensuring a designated operational area achieves sustainable performance through safe, efficient, and compliant mining and project activities. The role involves managing and optimizing production, development, and construction functions while leading frontline operational personnel to meet established targets for health, safety, environment, cost, and quality. This position operates within the Mining department at a Band 6 level, reporting to the Section Manager.
