About this role

The Fixed Asset/Inventory Senior Accountant manages the full lifecycle of fixed assets and oversees inventory and COGS accounting across a fast-growing, multi-unit business. This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and the broader Accounting team to maintain accurate fixed asset registers, resolve inventory variances, and support monthly and annual closing processes. The position leverages ERP systems and AI tools to drive process efficiencies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets from acquisition to disposal
Prepare journal entries for venue F&B and Retail inventory and COGS
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for inventory accounts across all venues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA certification
