Evolution Mining
The four‑year Apprenticeship Program at Evolution Mining’s Northparkes operation provides hands‑on training to support the reliability and safety of fixed plant equipment such as crushers, conveyors, and pumps. Apprentices work a Monday‑Friday 9‑day fortnight roster, attend TAFE, and receive tools, accommodation and additional support while gaining a nationally accredited trade certificate.
