Fixture Development Project Lead

The Fixture Development Project Lead independently leads fixture development projects from initial concept through final implementation across all TJX brands, serving as the primary point of contact and driving collaboration among cross-functional teams. The role ensures projects meet quality, timeline, budget, scalability, and operational objectives while presenting solutions and recommendations to key stakeholders. Additionally, the position provides mentorship and guidance to Specialists and serves as a technical resource across the department.
